I am a sophomore at John Paul the Great and the reason for what I am now is because of this school. Without this school, I would be corrupted in the materialism of this world. Before this school I was a kid that was influenced badly by my friends, but I found new hope when my parents told me I was going to JPG.
The school's challenging academics allows for someone to be prepared for college, which I admire very much. The biggest thing of all is the spirituality at the school. Their trust and love towards
God has taught me more than imaginable. I thank this school with my whole heart for without this school I would be a person of this earth and not of God. John Paul the Great school has saved my soul and thus I always think of this quote, "And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul?" I hope our school will continue to be in session at the De La Salle property so that I may become a witness of God to all of the earth. In God, we trust!
